DAZA Landscaping & Hardscaping (DAZA) uses the information you share with us to respond to inquiries and discuss your outdoor project.

Information you provide

Our project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project address, project type and project description. You may also provide a phone number and preferred contact method. We also receive information you choose to share when you email, call, or text our office.

How we use it

We use these details to review your request, contact you, discuss possible services, and keep correspondence related to your inquiry or project.

Website and office providers

Squarespace hosts this website and processes information submitted through its forms. Our office uses Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Drive, to receive, store and review project inquiries and related correspondence.

When you visit, Squarespace receives technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page, and pages viewed. It uses this information to operate the website and protect and improve its services. Read the Squarespace Privacy Policy for details.

The project inquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Website analytics

We use Squarespace analytics, including activity logs, to understand visits and activity on this website. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, and visit times.

Advertising

When you enable advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel helps us measure visits and activity related to our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may associate this activity with information it holds about you. You can change your advertising-cookie choice through Cookie Preferences. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Email choices

Sending a project inquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Email signup is optional and separate from our replies about your inquiry. If you choose to subscribe, you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link, or contact our office to ask us to stop marketing messages.

Text message choices

Project texts and marketing texts are separate choices. If you ask for text contact about an inquiry or project, we use your phone number, messages and contact preference to respond and coordinate that work through our office channel. Giving us a number or asking for project texts does not subscribe you to marketing texts.

If you separately opt in to SMS marketing, we use information such as your name, mobile number, signup date and time, consent status, and message activity to manage that subscription. Message activity may include delivery results, link clicks and opt-out or help keywords. Squarespace and its messaging service providers process this information to send and manage DAZA's marketing texts. Providers and carriers used for our office communications may process project texts to deliver and support those conversations.

SMS consent applies to DAZA alone. We treat your mobile number and SMS opt-in information as confidential. We do not sell, rent or provide this information to other businesses for their own marketing or promotional use. Service providers may process it to operate DAZA's communications; your signup does not give them permission to send their own marketing to you.

You can stop marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to a marketing message. For help, contact info@dazalandscapingservices.com or (443) 775-0905. To stop project texts, tell the office in your project conversation or contact us by email or telephone. You can also ask the office to stop both types of texts.
